Menu Item – "Background from Layer" missing

It looks like the menu bar command Layer > New > Background from Layer is missing in the available Menu Bar options.

I found the Layer from Background option in the tool and it works, but it’s the opposite of what Background from Layer does.

Is this a known issue/software limitation?

I’ll add this missing command with the next update.
