Upgrade

Hello, I purchased Configurator Reloaded in May 2020 via Adobe Exchange and received v1.7.1. Is there a way to upgrade to the current version, or are free upgrades only if I had purchased via your website?

the newest version on Adobe Exchange is 1.7.1.

I purchased on the website, it says version 1.9.

How do I get that upgrade? Mine has stopped drag and color capabilities with the Photoshop 2020 update.

I have Watermarkextensions bought from you a few years ago sitting in my Adobe Exchange and it also shows them as enabled creative cloud desktop/Manage plugins but in the Photoshop app, they are not loaded.

In manage plugins, it’s telling me that configuratorReloaded is installed, yet I can’t see it – can you help, please?

Hi Rob,

you maybe have to reopen the extensions from Window > Extensions (legacy).
