ID CC 2021 breaks Configurator

Hi Thomas

I loaded ID CC 2021 using the option to Import Previous Settings and Preferences and Delete old version.
But then Configurator vanished.
I tried to reinstall using :
ZXPInstaller – says it’s not compatible with the version I am running
Anastasiy’s Extension Manager – says it has installed but I don’t even find an ID category – and definitely no extension.
I’ve rebooted, reinstalled.
But nothing.
Any ideas?

The same thing happened to my MultiFindChange 3.0 and my In5 extensions.
An Adobe problem ?

indeed an Adobe problem … I’m in contact with them.
Can you post a screenshot of your version of the Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Hi Thomas,
I remember I had this problem previously and now I have the same problem again.
I have a new iMac and I have the same problem as outlined above.
Can you remember the solution?
The installer from your website gives the error and I am unable to download the installer from the Adobe Exchange as obviously I did not pay for it there.

Sorry Thomas.
I finally found a working copy of the Anastasiy Extension Manager.
The site itself has an error.
But now I have a copy, the extension loads perfectly.
