NIK Buttons

If you choose to create a button for NIK Color Efex, it takes extremely long time for the NIK plugin to boot, compared to going through Filter – NIK – Color Efex.

The same thing was before you added this feature when I created an action to start the NIK plugin.
Is there something you can arrange so that NIK starts as fast as going through the menu itself?

I did a test for both options.
It took my computer 18 seconds via the PS menu and 3min30sek to go through the CR button for NIK to load. 🙁

Hi Frank,

I can’t reproduce this issue on my machine (macOS 10.12) with SDD harddisk.
Both options took about 4-5 seconds to load.

Hi Frank and Thomas,

I tested all NIK-Tools and I have NO problems with the booting time.
My OS is Windows 10×64 and Photoshop CC 2017.
